Based at our Head Office Training Centre in Bristol, you will be responsible for providing such training through an altruistic, person-oriented approach and the ability to encourage, stimulate and develop people so that they can realise their full potential. A formal background as a Trainer is not necessary, but a genuine interest in people and their ongoing development is essential.
